These are my first hearing aids and I wanted something I would be comfortable with and actually wear. My hearing and tinnitus are improving and I wear them all day long.
No one notices that I am wearing the hearing aids and I am finding out I was missing a lot. I am still learning how to use the features but so far it is exceeding expectations.

I thought that these hearing aids would be an immediate improvement over my old hearing aids. They were definitely smaller and more "invisible" than my old hearing aids. What has transpired is that I use the right hearing aid but end up leaving the left one in the case. It seems it doesn't matter which tip I use on the left side, I still have feedback issues. Also , I have trouble getting the hearing aids positioned in the case correctly for charging . I do hear very well in the right ear when using that aid.

However, we're concerned about the persistent feedback issues you're experiencing with the left hearing aid. This shouldn't be happening regardless of which tip you're using, and we understand how frustrating it must be to only get half the benefit from your hearing aids. Additionally, the charging case positioning shouldn't be giving you trouble — these are both issues that can significantly impact your daily experience.
Since the right side is performing well, this suggests the left device may need individual attention or adjustment. These kinds of fitting and feedback issues are often resolvable with the right troubleshooting or device modifications.

I have a slight hearing loss, so I decided to get hearing aids. I did all sorts of research and read many reviews and found these to be consistently highly rated. My research also noted that if you went to an audiologist, a significant fee would likely be added to the price for the audiologist services and suggested considering some of the OTC options whereby you could purchase the same hearing aids at a much lower price point with remote setup from an audiologist. Direct Hearings name kept coming up and the reviews were great. The remote testing and setup were painless, the audiologist were knowledgeable an friendly and my hearing aids work well. I would highly recommend Direct Hearingn as they are awesome and their process works.
