How do I earn points?
Each $1 you spend earns 1 point. Reviews, social follows, your birthday, a yearly check-in and your membership anniversary add more on top.
What is a point worth?
100 points take $5 off. We are not going to dress points up as cash, but 2,000 of them take $100 off your next pair, and there is no cap on how many times you can do it.
How do I spend points?
At checkout. Choose a reward from the shelf or apply points toward any order, including your next pair. No minimum, no cap.
Do points expire?
Yes, 4 years after you earn them. That is plenty of time to save toward something real, and we will remind you before any of them run out.
Where do I see my balance?
Sign in with the email from your order. Your balance sits at the top of your account page.
