Full product details

Signia built the new Pure Charge&Go MaX 7 for the rooms where everyone talks at once. Four AI systems run on the new MaX chip, and Signia says they work as one. The 7 is the only level reaching 10,000 Hz on the S and M receivers. Music and higher voices keep their edge. The battery lasts up to 30 hours, or up to 28 with five hours of LE Audio streaming. Your Direct Hearing care provider programs it to your audiogram before it ships. Then, after you receive it, they perform fine-tune adjustments by phone or video.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the real-world battery life?

The Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX 7 delivers 30hours, assuming 3 hours of daily Bluetooth streaming. This typically means 2+ full days of use before recharging.

What is the 60 Day Risk-free Trial?

A hearing aid doesn't prove itself in a quiet room on a Tuesday afternoon. It proves itself at the family dinner where everyone talks at once. The restaurant with the acoustics that defeat every table in the place. The phone calls you've been avoiding for two years. The TV that's been creeping up in volume so gradually you didn't notice until someone pointed it out.

That's why our trial is 60 days, not a long weekend. You deserve to know these are right, not just right enough to keep because returning them felt complicated. So we made returning them not complicated.

Every purchase includes professional fitting by a licensed hearing care provider, unlimited adjustments throughout your trial, and devices that arrive calibrated for your specific audiogram. The trial isn't a safety net bolted onto the product. It's the whole philosophy.
