A really great purchase
Even though I am a technology fan, I was a bit skeptic about buying a pair of hearing aids online. The experience with Injoy made me change completely my skeptic position. From the very beginning there was a professional customer care, fast, easy and at the same time professional. My hearing aids arrived without any problem, and I was able to go ahead and use them. I had a small problem with the size of the cable that goes from the hearing aid to the dome, but they supplied the right cable overnight. I had my first online hearing aid adjustment a week after and it was again very professional, fast and efficient. I am no only happy with the hearing aids, I am happy with the Injoy team!
