New home. Same people, same care, same promise to you.
You trusted us with your hearing, and we don't take that lightly. So you're hearing this from us directly, not guessing at it from a package that suddenly looks different. We've merged with Direct Hearing. Everything you liked about Discount Daily Hearing stays, and the things that mattered most to you about it just got stronger. The team that programmed your hearing aids and answers your calls is still here, doing exactly what we've always done.
Your warranty. Still covers your hearing aids for whatever time you have left on it, carried over automatically. Nothing to file, nothing to request.
Your specialist. The same licensed team that already knows your hearing history handles your adjustments and questions, same as always. A new name on the door doesn't erase what they know about you.
Your support. Call, and a real person on our end still picks up. We didn't outsource that when we merged, and we're not going to.
Joining forces with Direct Hearing means more than a new name on your emails. It means more for you.
2,000 loyalty points, on us. Sign in with the same email you used with Discount Daily Hearing and they're yours instantly, worth $100 toward your next pair. After that, you earn 1 point for every dollar you spend, plus points for reviews, birthdays and more. See how the loyalty program works.
More care coordinators. Our two teams joining forces means a bigger support bench for you. Shorter waits, a real person on the line faster.
Faster shipping. Your orders and repairs move through our system quicker than either of us managed alone.
A 60-day risk-free trial on any new hearing aids. Try them at home for 60 days, and if they're not right for you, send them back for a full refund. No restocking fees.
Whenever you're ready for something new, you'll have more behind you than before. Direct Hearing carries the latest releases from the major manufacturers, fit and programmed by the same licensed specialists you already know. Authorized retailer for six prescription brands, plus Sennheiser OTC, backed by more than 30 years in the hearing aid industry and over 1,000 five-star reviews.
Your order history is already on file, so there's nothing to rebuild from scratch. Sign in at directhearing.com with the same email you used with us, and everything's right where you left it, with 2,000 loyalty points, worth $100 toward your next pair, added the moment you do.
Just one thing: sign in.
Sign in at directhearing.com with the same email you used with Discount Daily Hearing, and 2,000 loyalty points, worth $100 toward your next pair, are yours instantly. Your order history is waiting there too, right where you left it.
Everything else carries over on its own. Your warranty and care continue exactly as they are, with nothing to file and nothing to request, and the only other change is the Direct Hearing name on your packaging, emails and website.
Emails about your care will continue to come from @icanhear.com. News and offers will now come from @email.directhearing.com. Add both to your contacts now, so nothing important gets caught by a spam filter later.
