Direct Hearing provides a 60-day return window on your hearing device(s) from the delivery date. Direct Hearing must receive the return within the 60-day window; you will then receive a full refund. To receive a refund, items returned may be slightly used but must be undamaged, and return eligibility is at the sole discretion of Direct Hearing. There will be a $15 shipping fee for returns.
